How it works

From an address to a live site, rewound step by step.

Twelve steps show how an AI website rebuild works — each one visible in the platform as it happens. No step is hidden, no price is a surprise, and nothing is thrown away between them.

Rather watch? The film tells it in 90 seconds.

  1. Paste your website address

One field, no login. ReWynder checks it can reach the site, respects robots.txt and screens the page before anything else happens. Then it asks one question: what is your relationship to this website — owner, admin, an authorised business, or none? You confirm the copyright statement with a switch; without it, ReWynder quietly works in no-rights mode and only ever uses the site as an example.

The platform's landing screen: one field, one verb.
  2. Shape your ReWynd

Three short questions: how far may we go (Refresh keeps the layout, Refine improves it where it helps, Re-imagine starts from the content), which styles speak to you (Classic, Contemporary, Modern), and any wishes in your own words — “warm colours, rounded corners, playful but professional”. You also say how your text should be treated: keep it exactly, fix spelling, fix spelling and style, or rewrite freely.

Nine directions: styles as rows, approaches as columns. Tiles appear as they finish.
  3. Pick the direction you love

Nine complete landing-page designs — three styles × three approaches — drawn from your own content, logo and brand by our most capable AI model. Open any of them beside the site you have today: a draggable divider, synchronised scrolling, fullscreen per pane. Zoom into a favourite and ask for two more takes in the same corner of the grid — each corner holds up to two extra, so nine can grow into a bank of up to 27. Share the link so colleagues can vote on every design separately, from the same fixed number of points. Then: Confirm this design.

  4. Create your account, choose your package

Confirming a design creates your account and your project, named after the domain. You choose Basic, Premium or PRO from a price range based on the pages your site advertises — the rate card is pinned at that moment, so a later change on our side can never move your price.

Analysis complete: every functionality counted, the price computed by fixed rules.
  5. Let ReWynder read your whole site

If we recognised WordPress, Joomla, Drupal or another platform, you get the most direct way in: a one-click connection, a self-removing connector or a backup upload. Otherwise a real browser reads every public page. The crawl explorer shows each page as it is read. A site that is bigger than expected, has sibling subdomains, hard-to-read pages or a members area pauses with a plain question — and continues from where it stopped. Meanwhile your component library is drawn from the chosen design.

Every pause keeps what was read; answering resumes instead of restarting.
  6. Approve the library, confirm the price

The analysis lists what your site does — forms, collections, search, catalogues, a members area — with complexity points. Similar pages built from one template count as one template, not per page. Toggle removable items and the price follows. Approve the component library, the living style guide every page will be built from, and confirm.

The workbench: pages on the left, the live page in the middle, the bench on the right.
  7. Watch the build, page by page

Pages are built in the blueprint’s order from the approved library, each one checked for quality and security — once by fixed rules, once by an AI reviewer. A finished page is editable straight away while the rest is still being built. Then the site’s application is generated: shell, pages, application layer, its own admin.

Building: finished pages can be walked through while the rest is still arriving.
  8. Edit in Explore, Edit or Expert

Explore shows what is happening and lets you approve pages. Edit opens the property panel — text, colour, space, shape — with “apply everywhere” for site-wide changes and the AI reworking a page or a component on request. Expert (Premium and PRO) adds every CSS property and a site chat that changes pages or adds new ones. Every change is a commit; take any one out on its own.

Explore · Edit · Expert: the same site, more or fewer panels.
  9. Approve every page and pay

Approve pages one by one or all at once, then pay the confirmed price through Adyen’s hosted checkout — cards, iDEAL, SEPA. The site is published to a preview address and you get a versioned user manual, in the app and as a PDF.

The price you confirmed is the price you pay.
  10. Choose where it lives

A world map with every deployable datacenter, anywhere in the world. Google Cloud today — Eemshaven, St. Ghislain, London, Frankfurt, Iowa, Singapore, Sydney and more — with AWS, Azure and Scaleway pins visible as coming soon. The choice is yours; your site is published into a cloud project of its own, in the region you picked.

Pick the datacenter closest to your visitors; the map is the interface.
  11. Go live on your own domain

Three steps: prove the domain with a TXT record (checked automatically), choose your maintenance contract, and point your domain at the site — Google issues the certificate. Old URLs redirect to their new places. From then on your site checks in every 30 minutes and its dependencies are audited daily.

Domain proof, maintenance, DNS: the go-live card.
  12. Run it — and own it with PRO

Static texts you edit from the ReWynder dashboard; collections, the form inbox and settings live in the site’s own /admin, themed with your design, on its own database. PRO makes the code available: full source access and a download of the complete site, on request. Access to the cloud project, or its handover to your Google account, is a separate request — after handover, ReWynder keeps nothing.

The site's own admin: collections, inbox, settings.
